This back-to-school special for “ABC-DIY” breaks down innovative arts and crafts solutions to organize a messy dorm room. This piece featured a two-part set – the custom built dorm room and the top-down overhead craft set.
Rolling out the all new Yahoo Mail app
We were tasked with crafting a super-elevated approach to three defined lifestyle video varietals for this jam-packed trio of ads for Yahoo Mail- namely: video games, beauty tips, and DIY craft videos. The trio of lifestyle videos we played off of had existing markets on Facebook and Instagram that ensured a built-in audience for the ads themselves.
The shoot itself was an exercise in quick thinking in our project management, as we managed to tackle three different shoots on constructed sets over the course of two days. Tight coordination with the brand and agency representatives allowed us to reach for the stars creatively while staying true to the needs of Yahoo’s branding.
The hope with a project like this is that the end result will produce a branded hit for the client, and we’re happy to say that’s exactly what came of this partnership. Not only did the three ads perform well with their intended audiences, they set a new standard for the branded content on the respective channels where they debuted.
The greatest success of this particular campaign was Yahoo’s happiness with the end result, ensuring a fruitful relationship with the client as we moved forward.
